Kill the Spreadsheet Sprawl

PlanOrders & Work Orders
Run every order through a clean lifecycle: Draft → Confirmed → WIP → QC → Completed → Dispatched. Confirming auto-creates the work order, explodes the BOM, and locks stock. Capable-to-promise dates and planning holds flag lead-time risk before it bites.
Production Planner
Define product lines, attach or import a BOM, and schedule daily, weekly or monthly output. The plan explodes into component-level shortage across the horizon you choose, netted against on-hand stock, so procurement gets ahead of the gaps.
Projects (Long-Term Supply)
Track long-term customer commitments, allocate finished goods to each project, and see shortage per project silo and across the whole company. Manage shipments and logistics partners with live tracking links.
Parts & Bill of Materials
A master catalogue with company (CPN) and manufacturer (MPN) part numbers, cost, lead time and safety stock. Multi-level BOMs explode through sub-assemblies; import from CSV/XLSX, manage approved substitutes, and print barcodes.
Shop Floor
A touch-optimised operator view: assigned work orders, barcode kitting, operations, scrap logging and QC checks, with manufacturing price variance rolled up automatically.
Analytics & Control
A command center for the morning stand-up, insights dashboards, a 21-report library with CSV export, and a full audit log. Plus a built-in wiki, so every screen explains itself.
Inventory, Live
On-hand, committed and available stock per location, with shortage forecasting, reorder alerts, scrap analysis, a warehouse map and barcode scanning. Stock value at a glance.
Master Inventory
Freeze a dated baseline of all stock, then watch it move: units in, units out, and net change since the freeze, reconstructed from the transaction ledger and filterable on the fly. Built for planning around a run or a stock-take.
Procurement & Goods Receipts
Raise purchase requests, then receive whole inbound shipments in one multi-line goods receipt that books stock and reconciles the POs it covers. Partial and consolidated receipts supported. An order only reads "received" when there's real stock behind it.
Stock Sales
Sell surplus parts to a partner straight from inventory and capture the margin spread (cost vs sale price, per line) with a guard that stops you overselling.
